Timeliness:
With Superior Builder, your home is presented to you on time, and in many cases ahead of schedule. Scheduled at the time of your purchase contract, the final closing on your home occurs only after several walk-throughs have determined that every detail is completed. In most cases, (unless weather is a factor), our final punch lists are minimal and usually are just minor adjustments that need to be made.
